Shipping Policy
Each set from Nailed by Carley is individually handmade and hand-painted in my studio. Because of this, all orders require a dedicated production window before they are shipped.
Production Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for production prior to shipment.
Production time refers exclusively to the creation of your nails and does not include shipping transit time.
This timeline allows each set to be crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail — quality is always the priority.
Priority Production
For customers on a tighter timeline, Priority Production is available as an optional upgrade.
Orders with Priority Production are elevated to the front of the custom production queue, allowing your set to be created ahead of standard orders.
Please note:
• Priority Production accelerates production time only
• It does not guarantee delivery by a specific date
• Shipping speed must still be selected separately at checkout
Availability is limited to ensure the integrity and quality of each handmade set.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping timelines vary based on destination and carrier and are in addition to production time.
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
• Canadian orders include tracking and will receive a tracking number once shipped
• International orders may or may not include tracking, depending on the destination and shipping method selected
If tracking is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Nailed by Carley is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While every effort is made to ship orders within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Nailed by Carley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nailed by Carley does not have control over these fees and is unable to estimate or prepay them.
Customs policies vary by country, and any applicable charges must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released for delivery.
Orders refused, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or taxes will not be refunded.
